Eating For Health:

One of the biggest influences on the condition of our health is the food we eat.  You have likely heard it said, “We are what we eat.”  This statement is in fact not true – “WE ARE WHAT WE GET FROM WHAT WE EAT”.  This is true for both the good and bad that we eat.  But what is “good” food and what is “bad” food.  Have we been told the truth or is much of what we understand from nutritional education no more than clever marketing from big companies with big dollars?
